I'm Alexandre Ruiz, a Salesforce Technical Architect with a background in CRM, marketing automation and enterprise systems.My work focuses on designing solutions that are robust, scalable and maintainable. Over time, it has also led me to question something broader: why do organizations keep adding technology to processes and structures that should sometimes be redesigned?This question is at the heart of my book, La Couche IA.I believe the most meaningful transformations don't begin with a new tool. They begin with a better understanding of what needs to change.
